Great location and modern aesthetic, but rooms are quite small.

Super cute hotel right in the heart of Tribeca! Loved the modern design and cleanliness everywhere. The staff were super friendly, and it's close to lots of subways. You can easily walk to Soho and Greenwich Village. Just wish the shower didn’t take forever to warm up—kinda annoying wasting water.
